Institute Iskriva is a Slovenian non-profit organisation working in the field of sustainable regional development both locally and internationally. Our main goal is generating projects that use natural and cultural resources responsibly, benefiting the environment while boosting the social and economic well-being of local communities.
With over 10 years of experience in international project implementation and understanding of regional development, Iskriva focuses on turning visionary ideas into practical actions on the ground. We collaborate with over 700 organisations from all over Europe, including municipalities, private companies, universities, public institutions, ministries, the European Commission, and international associations and institutions.
We are active members of several international development partnerships, including the European Innovation Partnership on Water (EIP Water), the European Innovation Partnership on Raw Materials (EIP Raw Materials), Tourism 4.0 initiative, Global Water Partnership. We are also an official partner of the New European Bauhaus and one of initiators and coordinators of the New European Bauhaus on the Danube initiative. Our experts are members of the International Council of the Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe.
