The Iskriva Institute is entering the final phase of the international ICTr-CE project, which in recent years has focused on improving the business model of the EuroVelo 13 – Iron Curtain Trail cycling route by developing a more sustainable and connected offer along the 3,000-kilometer route. To mark this milestone, the Iskriva Institute will host the ICTr-CE project final event, bringing together 12 project partners from 11 regions along the EuroVelo 13 route.
The event will showcase the results achieved to date, while the formal conclusion of current project activities will transition into new development collaborations. The focus remains on strengthening partnerships, exchanging knowledge, and developing long-term international cooperation, with partners establishing joint commitments for continued collaboration. On this occasion, a memorandum on the joint international management of the EuroVelo 13 cycling route will also be signed, representing an important step toward its long-term, coordinated development.
The final event will take place on 4 February 2026 in Murska Sobota. The event is intended for project partners and is closed to the public.
