At Zavod Iskriva, we participated in CEE4Impact Day, one of the region’s flagship conferences dedicated to impact investing. Organised by Impact CEE and held on 9 October 2025, the event brought together investors, entrepreneurs, representatives of financial institutions, and changemakers who believe in a responsible and sustainability-oriented economy of the future.

The conference showcased numerous inspiring success stories and concrete examples of hybrid investments – business models that generate profit while simultaneously delivering direct benefits to local communities.

“The conference was a refreshing event. Through presentations, successful business case studies, and new connections from the banking and broader investment ecosystem, we received clear confirmation of the approach and direction we are pursuing through our projects. Banks, venture capital funds, family offices, and supportive entrepreneurial ecosystems are increasingly directing their investments toward so-called hybrid investments, where business models not only yield profit but also create direct, local benefits for society as a whole,” emphasised Zdravko Kozinc, co-founder and co-creator of Zavod Iskriva.
